Points Based System
Tier 1 (Investors) for Entrepreneur
£4,000 – £6,000
£600 – £800
£800 – £1,000

£1,500 – £2,000
*Immigration appeals exclude hearing fees and barristers' fees.
Family law
Family fees
Hourly rate
£100 – £250per hour
Most family work is charged hourly, depending on the grade of the case handler or solicitor with conduct. A fixed fee can be agreed with the solicitor handling your case.
Legal aid is available for family and housing matters.
Private law family
Non-molestation order (up to return date)
£1,000 – £1,500
Divorce up to Decree Absolute
£800 – £1,200
Children arrangements (contact)
£1,500 – £5,000
Financial proceedings
Fees can be agreed by undertaking.
£5,000 – £20,000

- The above fees are subject to change and include most work carried out, including further meetings, preparation, emails (in and out), telephone calls, advising and responding to others.
- Immigration appeal fees exclude hearing fees and barristers' fees.
- Family fees can be fixed by agreement with the solicitor handling your case; financial proceedings fees can be agreed by undertaking.
- We do not currently provide conveyancing services and do not keep a client account.
